Privacy policy

This policy explains how First Choice Cleaners handles personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, suburb, the service you're interested in and anything you tell us about the job. We don't ask for more than we need to reply.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange any work you book with us. We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who handles it

Quote requests are delivered to us by our website and form provider, which stores submissions securely and emails them to us. Those providers handle your information only to deliver this service. Our website host may also keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and reliability.

Access and correction

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email firstchoicecleaningservices20@gmail.com or call 0468 615 050.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
